About the room

Hi! We are two female young professionals looking for a third roommate to take over the lease for a private room in June. The room is attached to a Jack and Jill bathroom to be shared with one of the roommates. The apartment complex is in a quiet neighborhood right near a school, with a Ralph’s within walking distance and a bus line that takes you directly to UCLA.

Bills include water, gas, and internet which comes to around $60 every other month.

About the roomies

We are two young females. One is a recent graduate of UCLA’s Masters of Screenwriting program and the other is young professional who works at a biotechnology company (works remotely). Our home is a pretty quiet environment, since we are both pretty busy at all hours of the day. But, we do have an open and friendly environment with a large emphasis on clear and open communication.
