Maggie's room

Hi! We are two female young professionals looking for a third roommate to take over the lease for a private room at the first week of January. The room is attached to a Jack and Jill bathroom to be shared with one of the roommates. The apartment complex is in a quiet neighborhood right near a school, with a Ralph’s within walking distance and a bus line that takes you directly to UCLA. The room may stay furnished with some or all of all the items shown in the picture (bed, dresser, TV, ect) for an additional one time fee (to be set with the roommate moving out).

Bills include water, gas, and internet which comes to around $80 every other month.

We are two young females. One is a master’s student in screenwriting at UCLA and the other is young professional who works at a biotechnology company (works remotely about 3x/wk). Our home is a pretty quiet environment, since we are both pretty busy at all hours of the day. But, we do have an open and friendly environment with a large emphasis on clear and open communication.
