Tiny but cozy apartment in Del Ray, parking included, 2 minutes walk from restaurant and stores, there is also a backyard space perfect for dogs. Don’t have pictures but can do a video tour! The apartment will be unfurnished.

I’m a 24 yo girl who lives with her female dog, I am starting from zero so looking for someone that’s interested in slowly getting furniture together and make a home. I’m very chill, do not have a lot of requirements besides practicing safety and keeping the common areas clean. The apartment is tiny but very cozy and in a great area.
