Matthew's room

One bedroom opening up for $1100 (we vary rent base on room size). This would be a sublet with the lease ending at the end of August. This is the second biggest bedroom in the apartment that has it’s own private entrance to the backroom. It also has the biggest closet in the house. We are on a side street with a five minute walk to the Alewife T Stop. Just a short walk to Trader Joes and Whole Foods. On street parking is available and usually very easy to come by.

There are three of us and you would be the fourth!

Matt (27) - I love all things to do with sports especially hockey, football, and soccer. I love sitting down and watching a game or a TV show/series with my roommates. I also enjoy going out to games, restaurants, etc. I usually am pretty flexible and chill to do whatever. I also enjoy relaxing and playing some video games.

Ryan D (25)- Ryan enjoys golf, tennis, and hockey. He is very chill and super easy to get along with. Ryan also likes to play guitar for fun and work out at the gym. Ryan and Matt both sometimes play video games together including FPS games. Ryan also enjoys a night out with friends as well as spending weekends going skiing in New Hampshire

Ryan F (23) - Ryan enjoys learning to cook and has a good sense of humor. He practices playing piano for fun - in addition to playing games on the computer. He also is super chill and very easy to get along with

What we are looking for - We are looking for someone in their 20s who cleans up after themselves. We aren’t neat freaks, but we do think you should be cleaning up after yourself whether it is dishes, or helping out with chores such as taking out the garbage. Big bonus if you share any similar hobbies or think you could be friends with us (not required).
