Hi, I am looking for a working professional female roommate (preferably Indian) to sublet one of the rooms(fully furnished) in a 3 Bed 3 Bath house in Dublin, CA from Jan 1, 2024 - Jun 30, 2024. After this date, we can determine renewal terms if you wish to extend.

This is a well-lit, spacious, fully furnished beautiful house in the Boulevard community. Very safe community with in-house security system installed.

I am a working professional in one of the big 4 Techs and in my mid-30s. I like to keep a clean living space and be able to relax when I am home. Mutual respect of shared spaces, including the kitchen are very important to me. Weekdays are mostly spent in the office. I enjoy hiking, exploring new places and restaurants during the weekends.
