About the Space:

🛏️ Bedroom & Bathroom: Both located on the first floor, that’s right, you would largely have your own floor! Unwind and recharge in your private bedroom and bathroom, complete with all the comforts you need.(e.g. the space is currently furnished with a queen bed, night stands, TV & TV stand, dresser, shower curtain, shower mats). Furnishings can be (discussed further) if you already have your own.

🏘️ Shared Spaces: Generous open-concept kitchen/living/dining room is perfect for shared meals and movie nights. Laundry is right down the hall, driveway parking, garage storage(great for ski gear!), and a huge fenced backyard that’s amazing for entertaining - includes a (deck & patio) with a grill for barbecues and a fire pit for s’more’s 🪵 (There’s even a large garden area if that’s your cup of tea 🪴)

💵 Rent & Utilities: $1,100 per month covers rent + utilities. No pet rent. One-time pet deposit of $200. Security deposit of $1,100 would be due at lease signing. Venmo, Zelle, or Check monthly payments. No hidden fees or surprises – straightforward.

🗺️ Location: Situated right off 104th in Northglenn, there’s convenience at every corner: Grocery stores, parks/walking trails, and easy access to major roads like I-25. I work in the Denver Highlands & my commute is usually between 15 - 20 min.

👩 About Me: I’m a professional in my 30’s working in the tech space & I lead a pretty low-key life. Finding a roommate who has similar hobbies would be a great bonus! I enjoy snowboarding, hiking, camping, paddle boarding, etc… the typical Colorado lifestyle. I have an older dog who mostly likes to lay around these days. I’m open to a roommate with a dog, so long as they are well behaved, get along well with my dog, and their owner cleans up after them 🐶
