I’m a single mother who co-parents. My daughter (7yrs old) and I are really chill, clean, respectful, and kind. I’m someone that is outgoing but also a homebody. I enjoy cute cafes, good restaurants/food, Boba, traveling and hanging out with my kiddo. I’m pretty quiet, but family oriented and would like to have a housemate who is a professional, easygoing and clean/organized. I WFH part of the week and work 2 part time jobs as well. I am very busy being between work, and child’s extracurricular activities. I do have two big house rules which is no shoes in the house (indoor slippers/house only shoes are fine) and please keep house tidy and clean. Hoping to share our home with a housemate that can get along peacefully either doing our own things or possibly become friends.
