The house is currently an AirBnb short term rental but have slowly been transitioning to long-term. I’ve been promoted to Superhost as a result of having quality accommodations. I work hard to run a tight ship so there are rules to follow since this is a shared 4 occupant home.

Mostly travelling professionals or students. Currently has a woman long-term who is very clean, private, quiet and keeps to herself and studying most of the time.
