I’m Brandon, a 30-year-old entrepreneur running my own business from home. I studied political science at Wabash College, but these days, I’m more of a modern-day hippie, usually immersed in my work in the office room. That means the living room and TV space are up for grabs for my future roommate.

I’m pretty laid-back and tend to keep to myself due to the hustle of my business. I do have ADHD and some financial challenges, so I must confess, the house needs a bit of TLC. While I’m not a messy person, the place might be a touch disorganized. However, I plan to allocate a portion of the rent for a housekeeper to keep things in order.

Noise isn’t an issue for me; in fact, expect to hear some tunes playing from my office. As for a roommate, I’m easygoing; just hoping to avoid someone who’s constantly angry or aggressive. It’d be awesome if you shared my love for baseball or had an interest in Democratic politics.

Jason lives in the basement downstairs. He’s at work or playing games in the basement 90%+ of the time. His son Ryan may come live with Jason in the basement upon graduation from High School.

Both keep to themselves.
