The master bedroom of the house has a remodeled bathroom. Communal spaces are for everyone so we like to keep a “leave no trace” policy which just means we leave things ready for the next person to use. Laundry in unit. Washing machines on the 2nd floor. Cigarettes are allowed outside only. Extra storage is available in the basement upon request. The main level is communal and can be used at your own discretion including the fireplace. everyone is welcome to have guests or host small gatherings. The price is negotiable! Message us to chat!

This townhouse is managed and every roomie verified We are all about positive vibes and communication! If anyone in the house needs something we encourage open and upfront communication. No request is too small. Respect is key.
