Yohan's room

Your room will be located on the 1st floor. You will get your own room, own closet, and bathroom will be on the same floor as your room. On the floor, there only will be your room, shared laundry room, your own bathroom, and next to entrance. Internet wifi is provided, there are parkings available around the neighborhood, and kitchen is also shared. Location is really close to the light rail station, and bus stops, easy access to highway as well. Monthly Bill is $999 with inclusion of the utility. Security deposit is $499 which will be refundable at the time of moving out once lease is matured after deduction of cleaning, repainting, and other repairs if necessary. No loud music or partying allowed. Lease term can be negotiated, however minimum stay is 6 months. Also Lease renewable!

Currently it is myself, my fiancé and on the second floor. Two puppies, also is hypo allergenic. I am allergic to dogs and cats, so if you have a pet, needs to be hypoallergenic.
