Paris Avenue

The house is on a quiet street very close to Sam’s, Walmart, and restaurants. It’s just 1 mile away from Airport Blvd. and only minutes to downtown. You’ll have your own private bathroom. There is a washer/dryer and kitchen. Carport/garage parking is available. All utilities are included—internet, water, gas, lawn care, and electricity. Every 2 weeks, I have a cleaning service assist with vacuuming, sweeping, wiping, and general house keeping.

I just want us both to be mindful of noise and enjoy living at home. I can generally compromise on most things, and I always try to be polite and respectful to others. I work in IT/engineering and have two friendly cats, which you can close off from your parts of the house. I like to keep things clean and organized.
