Saturday's room

I have an artist loft unit in Chinatown on a main street with access to freeways. I built this guest room in my unit with the intentions of giving it to my niece hence the hyper feminine aesthetic. But she had to postpone her move for the time being.

There is gated parking at night but during the day it’s first come first serve. I do not have a full kitchen as this is a work unit not residential but there is a full bathroom.

Last this is a noisy building full of creative artists. Some use loud tools others make music and this can be late at night. In addition the sounds of sirens passing by on the Main Street is constant.

The room is intended for a young woman or a hyperfeminine she/they.them

I work from home, I’m a gamer and I do art projects and host photoshoots in other spaces of the loft.

So a creative, friendly mellow person would compatible. I am liberal but no parties.
