Hello, I have a private bedroom for rent in my 4 bedroom home. This property is located in a quiet/safe neighborhood going outside of Farmersville and Walnut Ave.

Room is available for rent starting December 1, 2023.

This room is spacious (can fit a queen-sized bed) and has a large closet. Room is also newly renovated with fresh paint, flooring, and door lock (key included). You will have to share the bathroom with another person living in the home, but the bathroom is located close to your room. The kitchen and living room will also be shared. The home already comes with appliances (e.g., microwave, refrigerator, kitchen stove/oven, air fryer, etc.) so there is no need to bring anymore.

Preferred: I am looking for a clean and responsible tenant. Must be able to provide proof of income to ensure you are able to afford the rent. I prefer someone to stay for 6 months or longer term. No move-in deposit required.

Utilities (Water, Electricity, and Wi-Fi) are not included in the rent and will be shared among tenants living in the home.
