Masayuki's room

The room is available only in January and February 2024. After 1 month stay, the rent can be prorated weekly ($200 per week). The house is located only 1 minute from the highway entrance. 10-minute drive to the Strip and airport. The room is 10x10, will be furnished with a brand new full-size bed, and comes with your own bathroom. The house has 3 bedrooms, and the 3rd one is used as my office space. Full access to the living room, laundry, and kitchen. No drugs and no smoking within a property (inside and outside). Also, no shoes in the house. Responsible males are preferred.

I own the house, and only I live in the house now. I work from home and use the 3rd bedroom as my office space.
