About the room
$1800* (4x4) = $450/ person (Group contract ; individual agreements) Must have each room occupied under the same contract .. Same “gender” occupancy is asked .. a male or female only house so everyone is comfortable with their rooming partners . No couples. No pets. 🏡 The house is very large and super full sized backyard .. 2 person driveway. (We can work on the garage for extra space,, if needed)
About the roomies
Read .. The house is available immediately. Needs some tlc but we will work with you on anything you report. Veterans memorial.. Beauty salons, Latin restaurants, and meat markets are right next to the house. 15 minutes from willowbook mall , 5 minutes from Walmart, PetCo, Dollar tree and Ross. 18 minutes from downtown! first exit out to the UHD and cross over to UH .. lone star college is 7 - 9 minutes away (greenspoint mall/ campus!) Students are our main choice
