Looking to rent two of my rooms. You will be sharing bathroom with the other roommate. My Town home is a beautiful 3 bedroom 2.5 bath. Rooms are furnished - Rent $1200 with utilities included (water&Sewage, WiFi, security alarm, light/power, garbage disposal, washer&dryer).

This is a gated community located in Decatur, GA, 30035. We are close to everything and near a Marta bus line.

Rent is due at the first of every month but will be prorated if you move in at the middle of the month. Application and rental lease agreement will be provided prior to moving in. Proof of employment and Background and credit check is required.
