The house has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, you’ll have the medium room with a private full bath and spot in the garage!
The gated community has a recreational facility center including clubhouse, playground, large swimming pool, hot tub, fitness room, BBQ, etc.
The rent is split $1,542 for master, $1,300 for medium room with private bath (yours), $926 for basement room with no bath. Utilities are about $80/person.

Raina– I’m 28 and in the military. I have a cat named Pikachu that’s very sweet and loves to cuddle! I’m a chill, responsible individual that mostly keeps to myself. I rarely have guests over. I wake up at 5am and will be working 50+ hours a week, so I go to bed around 8pm (I’m a grandma) and a light sleeper so would prefer quietness after that hour. In my free time I’m usually at the gym, playing video games, or meal prepping.
My roommate lives in the master bedroom (we’re not a couple):
