Located in North Long Beach, CA! The home was just purchased and we are currently redoing the floors and repainting. Will be completed before move-in. There are two rooms available for rent with a shared bathroom. The primary room, which belongs to the owners has its own bathroom. The house will soon be a colorful art-filled home. The rooms for rent will be painted white.

Room 1 is 10 x 11 with a built-in bookcase, closet, ceiling light with fan, and window.

The house has plenty of space to share with a furnished living room, kitchen, and back patio.

We are two engaged women in our 30s who own a 12-year-old friendly Frenchie. We roller skate in our free time. We can be social or as private as you would like. We rarely drink and do not smoke cigarettes. We clean regularly.

We are not partiers, but we do love to host a great birthday & Halloween party. We love to host and are great with communication to ensure all of your and our needs are met.

We are looking for two people, one in each room who are ready to find their new home.
