Hello there! I’m a 28-year-old female seeking a roommate to fill one of the rooms in our cozy house. The house is in a wonderful neighborhood!! Just a bit of background: we’re subletting the rooms from my parents, who recently relocated to Florida. While we’ll have the house mostly to ourselves, my parents will stay with us during their visits to be closer to their grandchildren in the neighborhood. I have 1 niece and 2 nephews that love to visit, so you must be ok with kids in the house sometimes. I consider myself kind, quiet, and respectful of personal space, but I also love making new friends and am open to hanging out! My parents and I prioritize creating a harmonious living environment and are mindful of your need for space and privacy.
