Amelia Street

Renting out one bedroom of a three-bedroom-two-bathroom house. Room is empty now so it’s available before the first with prorated rent, but we are looking for someone to sign for Jan 1st at the latest. Close to the highway. Close to downtown Royal Oak and downtown Troy. 13 & Rochester area. Water, gas, and electricity are covered within the $750/mo. We split internet and lawn care evenly. 2 cats (no cats or dogs for the sake of our cats please)

Me and my girlfriend, Jess, are in one room, and my best friend, Adam, is in the other. We are all around 30 (29,30,31) and are nerdy, artistic people. We like to create art, music, and videos. Adam has a normal 9-5 work schedule and Jess and I work late into the night, but we are very respectful of quiet hours. We keep the house very clean and would expect you to clean up after yourself in the common areas. We have a fully finished basement that acts as a creative space for us. We love to get together sometimes and play games (MTG is a favorite) or watch movies together. Looking for someone responsible, causal, positive, and generally cool to be around. Someone we can vibe with. Bonus points if you’re a fellow creative. We’re welcoming to all types of people and don’t tolerate any kind of bigotry. We’re not big partiers. Too old for that lol. While we have fun and like to be creative, don’t look at this like a frat house because that’s not the vibe. Just looking for someone peaceful with good energy that will get along with us.
