Room B & Room C: Enjoy the privacy of an ensuite bath with a King-size bed. $1300/month.

Room D & Room E: Cozy bedrooms with shared jack-and-jill bath, furnished with a full-size bed. $1000/month.

(Rented) Room F (Loft Ensuite): A luxurious loft with a private bath, entertainment room, bar (fridge and dishwasher included), and TV. Queen-size bed. $1600/month.

Room G: Ensuite with private bath and Queen-size bed. $1200/month.

Office Space: Ideal for remote working or studying. $250/month.

Common Areas:

Indoors: Large living room, dining room, breakfast area, family-room with cozy fireplace and TV. Outdoors: Relax or entertain in beautifully landscaped outdoor spaces featuring well-maintained patios.

All utilities included. High-speed Gigabit Fios internet. Central-vacuum system for easy cleaning. Three garaged parking spaces available for $50/month each.

Lease Terms:

Three-month initial contract, transitioning to a month-to-month lease thereafter. Initial payment includes 1-month deposit, first month rent, and last month rent. Minimum requirements: Credit score of 680 and above, proof of income (3x the monthly rent), no history of eviction or criminal records. Background checks and references are required.

House Rules:

No smoking, pets, parties, or overnight guests are allowed. Violation of these rules can result in immediate termination of the lease.
