hello everyone! my apartment is in a great location, very close to the brickell or vizcaya metro rail station. 1 block walking distance to publix and walgreens and 4 blocks from Miami Avenue and the heart of Brickell.
NO SMOKERS, no partiers, no pets, and no one without a steady job or income. I will require proof of income and a background check to move in.
I have a very friendly cat named JackJack so no more pets. I dont drink and dont smoke and would prefer the same. Im very respectful and clean and expect the same.
About the roomies
I work full time, and am more of a homebody. Id prefer someone who isnt home all day, or if you are you are in your room. I am very respectful and responsible, clean and courteous.
