I have a nice double wide mobile home and am seeking a responsible mature female to rent the Master Room with nice master bath, Jetted tub and rainfall shower in master and walk in closet, I have 2 daughters 13 and 15 who live with me 50% of the time and that’s why im seeking a female renter, more comfortable going that route, you would have your privacy and use of everything, fridge, laundry etc, Home has direct tv and Fiber Optic high speed internet, has Ring doorbell and Ring Cameras for security, Home is also a smart home with smart thermostat and smart lighting (can turn on and off lights with voice)

I am 46 year old male, single with two daughters 13 and 15 who live with me every other week, I am very clean and organized, professional, own my own business, times are tough and I have awesome master bedroom and master bathroom suite completely available as I made my room closest to my daughters rooms, I am down to earth and can definitely respect your privacy, when im home im basically trading stocks or watching netflix in my room and relaxing.
