About the room
Beautiful newly constructed house with Independent room with a kitchenette, walk in Closet, with well designed and constructed bathroom. Lot of parking space available on our drive way.
Close to UCR, Loma Linda Hospital.
We are willing to share our kitchen, washer dryer, beautiful back yard with excellent unobstructed view of Baldy mountain.
We also have another two single rooms for rent. These rooms have attached bath with closet. The rent for these two rooms is $800.00 per month per room.
About the roomies
We are a retired couple with a miniature Australian Labradoodle puppy.
Our master bedroom is on the backside of the house so the renters and us can have our independence.
