North Franklin Street

It is one of two bedrooms on the 1st floor of a 7 room rooming house in the popular Cool Spring area of Wilmington. The room is fully furnished except for a mattress (box spring is included) with its own refrigerator and fan. This rooming house has 3.5 bathrooms, a full kitchen, back yard and front porch. All utilities are included - telephone service is the only exception. Cleaning service for the common areas will be twice a week, trash, yard care and snow/ice removal are also included in the price.

There will be 6 other Tenant’s living on the property therefore all common areas are to remain clean for the next person to use. If the cleaning agency has to be used and charges extra then that charge will be passed onto the Tenant’s. Applications can be sent via email upon request.
