Newly remodeled 2bed1bth within 5 minutes walking distance to Tempe Town Lake.

The apartment is already fully furnished. The available room is currently being used as my game room / chill room. Im looking for a male roomie to take over the spare room as lifes too expensive and a game room is not in my tax bracket. Ideally looking for a roomie with little to no additional furniture or pets.

Me: 26, wfh in Payroll, huge stoner , ( 🤫), dog dad, i am very clean, laidback, and spend a lot of time with the girls outdoors. Looking for a roomie who ideally works out of the house, and is also very clean, responsible, and laidback.

Costs: Right now Base rent, water, trash + Tax is $1693 a month. electricity will cost $120-$200 a month. Wifi is currently $140 for the medium package. Costs will be split so about $900-$950 a month each im thinking. Rent due either directly to property management or via zelle first of the month.

My girls are important to me, so being great with dogs is a must.

Just myself, 26 and two dogs: Pitbull Terrier and Australian Cattle Dog……….
