House Description Bedrooms: 4 bedroom, one studio guest house attached to garage Bathrooms: 2 Guest bathroom is shared with 3 roommates and guests of the house. Each roommate gets one full drawer in bathroom storage. The rest of the storage is shared. Kitchen: fully equipped kitchen. 1 full fridge/freezer that is shared with in-house roommates. Each tenet gets 1 full shelf in the fridge and in the freezer for food. The rest of the refrigerator space is shared Each person gets a full cabinet shelf for personal pantry items The rest of kitchen storage is shared among roommates. Almost all of the kitchen items are shared among tenets. If there are any dishes/kitchen items that you do not want people sharing, feel free to let the roommates know or label the item. A few shared items include : Pots/pans Utensils Airfryer Plates Bowls Glasses/cups Toaster oven Backyard: huge grass backyard with large patio space Shared by both in-house tenets and guest house tenets The shed (or as we call it, “the dungeon”) is not included in rent space. This space is occupied by the landlord’s handyman/ the landlord. Gated side yard is not included in rent as well. This space is occupied by the landlord. Gardeners come every Friday. Garage: All space is shared among in-house roommates and guest house tenets. A lot of opportunities for storage options. If you need to store a large item/ a lot of items, consult with tenets to agree on a designated space.
1 full fridge/freezer shared among all tenets Teresa’s lizard (Sahara) lives in the garage :) Smoking is ok in the garage as long as the door and window are open but preferably keep all smoking outside. Parking: 1 space on property per tenet. Street parking also available.

Roommate’s: 3 roommates in-house Teresa (female, 26 yrs old) : Master bedroom tenet. Daughter of landlord. The go-to person for any concerns within the house. Is in charge of leases, paying bills, assigning chores, etc. Ben: (male, 26 yrs old): spare room tenet. Tyra (female, 25 yrs old): spare room tenet.
2 roommates in guest house attachment: Sandra & Mason (26 yrs old female/male): Own one dog named Pete :) Landlord: Teresa’s dad, Jason, previously lived in this house for years until he was kind enough to move out and let us all move in and rent it out!
