Very spacious private room with shared bathroom. In-unit laundry, updated kitchen, full bathroom and powder room, a decent basement for storage, garage and off-street parking.

The roommates are respectful, clean and friendly. They’re both working and one of them is doing a higher ed degree, so they also need someone responsible and clean as a roommate. There are two cats in the house, they’re shy and keep to themselves.
