3 bedroom townhome 2.5 bath in new gated community next to Tuscany Golf Course. 40 yr old mom (works from home). I have a full garage gym which can be used upon signing a liability waiver with lease agreement. The two guest rooms are available for rent and it has a shared but private bathroom located in the hallway that would only be used by the guest room tenants. Rent is $825 per room or $1600 for both (bills inc) I have two trained and friendly larger dogs so if you’re allergic or do not dogs this may not be the best fit for you. The house is quiet in the evenings. I am looking for roomies that are either students or also work during the daytime hours. Females preferred and will run background check which will be $20, proof of income, and would require renters insurance which typically runs $10-$20 a month. Must be clean, respectful and okay with dogs. No couples or young children. Would consider children over 13 on a case by case basis but would be an additional charge for an extra occupant.

I’m a 40 year old female with two well behaved larger dogs one is 14 and the other is 1. I live a healthy lifestyle and work from home but also in the process of opening a business in town. I’m a morning person typically wake up around 530am to start my day. I’m respectful to others and their space, clean quiet, spend most of my free time either with my dogs., relaxing,hanging with friends playing pickleball or having lunch.
