About the room
Each room is $800. I have one large furnished available immediately and another large unfurnished coming up. Consideration of lowering rent for each room if the selected would want to rent the entire upstairs. Both are upstairs with a shared bathroom in-between. Located by Regent University and easy access to two main interstates.
About the roomies
On the downstairs level, another three bedrooms with me, a mostly quiet teen, and a senior. I do have a dog, another will not work. Allergic to cats.
