🛏️ROOM: The master suite will soon be available in our rented two-story house located on the border of Belmont and San Mateo. Shared with five other easygoing guys who have been living together for 3+ years, looking for a sixth. We’ll all sign a 1-year lease together starting the first week of January 2024. Your contribution will be $1650/month, plus utilities (divided equally).

Bedroom is on the top floor with an awesome view of the bay. 13’x14’ with a private full bath and two reach-in closets. Dresser and may be available upon request.

🏠HOUSE: Both floors of the 6 BD + 4 BA house have immaculate kitchens with adjoining living rooms. Downstairs has an entertainment room with a 120“ projector screen. Two sets of washer & dryers, heat pump HVAC individually controlled in each room. Outdoor areas include a deck (upper floor) and patio (lower floor) with a sloped backyard. Street parking available, quiet neighborhood, easygoing next-door neighbors, downtown San Mateo is 10–15 min away by car.

Common areas are fully furnished and shared among all housemates. Use anything you’d like, guests are welcome, just communicate, be respectful, and help us take care of our awesome pad.

ℹ️ABOUT US:

– M and H have been together for 20 years and work in game development, consulting, and contracting. They’re into sci-fi TV shows, barbecuing, vacationing in Tahoe, and have a cute tuxedo cat.

– C and J have been together for 5 years and work in computer graphics and renewable energy. They bond over Japanese language and culture, Nintendo games, baking, and soccer.

– K works in internet broadcasting. He’s in a bowling league and plays PC games.

✅YOU: should be clean, friendly, able to commit to a lease through January 2025, and clean (repeated for emphasis, we mean it!!). Please no additional pets, no smoking, no illegal drug use, and no other couples (sorry, we’ve dealt with breakups before, not fun). Can’t wait to meet you!
