Looking for someone to move in ASAP.It is a 2 bedroom apartment in a quiet area with an upstairs/ downstairs. Utilities included in rent. Internet and PG&E not included. Good size room and nice big window so there is great lighting for plants. The house has basics but will need some furnishing/ decor. The location is five minutes away from Montgomery village & close to the 12 W freeway entrance.

I am 23 years old. Nonbinary latina born and raised in the bay area. I am a very considerate, clean, friendly roommate looking for a roommate that is the same. I highly value my privacy and safety and would like to create a safe space for all parties. I would prefer a roommate that is LGBTQ+ and BIPOC friendly.
