Waiting for a good deal on Wi-Fi - Will be putting a bed, dresser, & tv in the room when I have time. This is a pretty secluded property, fenced in, & older house. Not the prettiest place, but I find it peaceful. It’s my home, & I love it. I’d prefer a younger guy my age (23) who’s able to help out around the property & split the rent. I would pay or take off rent for work/help around the house. Just looking for the right person to work/build with. I can’t do everything myself it seems.
I work 40 hrs a week +overtime at a hardware store down the road, I do jobs on the side as well. I Workout, work on my truck, do paperwork, etc. Biggest goal is to start a business.
