About the room
The apartment is located on the 6th floor, with 2 shared bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well. The beds are full XL bunk beds, and rooms include closet and dresser space for each person, with a desk as well.
Water and gas are included in rent, and the apartment is fully furnished, with 2 couches, a bar area, and a TV. There is an in-unit washer, dryer and dishwasher.
On the first floor, there is a workout room, yoga room, lounge, and two study rooms! The apartment includes a private parking lot, which is based on availability. Guest parking is also available.
The apartment is located above the Starbucks in Dinkytown, around a 10 minute walk to UMN campus, perfect for students! A bus stop is located 5 minutes away as well for easy transportation around campus! There is a Target right across the street (30 second walk). There are also TONS of nearby food options within 1 minute walking distance (Jimmy John’s, Greek, Poke, Bubble Tea, etc).
About the roomies
My roommates enjoy keeping the space clean and are looking for someone chill!! They like to both go out and spend nights in watching TV shows and love to bake together. All three are academically driven!
Subleaser would be sharing a room with one female sophomore (19 yrs old), and two other roommates (also female sophomores, 19 yrs old).
