Centrally located in the charming Elliot neighborhood. One bedroom available with shared entrance and bath. Available bedroom currently has a bed frame and dresser if needed but can also be completely empty if preferred.

There are three separate floors…Currently, there are two tenants living in the house: one on the top floor and one in the basement. The available room is on the main level close to the restroom. Three people is about the limit to live comfortably in the home.

*The house currently has a lot of furniture so if you have a lot of furniture as well, this would not be a good fit.

I currently work outside the home and the other tenant works from home about 3 days a week .

We are looking for someone professional that isn’t a huge partier and has common sense. No hard drugs please.

*Keeping common areas clean is a must / Not leaving dishes in the sink etc.

Rent is paid through a property management company by midnight on the 4th of each month or you will be charged a $75 late fee. There is a $75 nonrefundable application fee. Deposit is $ 666. or $2000 divided by 3. Total rent is $2,985.00 per month and your potion currently is $966 and does not include utilities but should not be over $1,200 total per month. A breakdown will be provided to serious applicants.

Quiet professionals. I live in the upstairs and use the downstairs bathroom. I cook a lot, bake often, and like to hang out in the living room a decent amount.
