Some of the best views in all of Chicago, with a wall of windows facing the lake. 5 minute walk to North Avenue beach. Full 360 degree views from the roof (35th floor) of the Chicago skyline, Navy Pier, Lake Michigan, Oak Street beach, North Avenue beach, and Lincoln Park. The building also has a small gym. Its location in the Gold Coast means that everything in Chicago is no more than a 15 minute drive away, with popular areas like Wells street, Old Town Triangle, and Lincoln Park being a 10 minute walk.

It’s a spacious three-bedroom apartment (1800 square feet), with three bathrooms (2 full, 1 half bath) and three large bedrooms. The available bedroom is 185 square feet. The apartment has a full kitchen and is fully furnished with a dining room table, living room couch, sectional, breakfast nook and large TV. The individual room we are trying to fill has two dressers in the room already, but will be cleared aside from that. There is in-building laundry located in the building basement. Paid garage / street parking is available as well.

*Note: There is a cat that lives with us. His name is Erling and he is well behaved. We are currently not looking to add other animlas at this time.

The two current male occupants are pretty laid back with professional careers in the city. One of us is a software engineer the other is a government consultant. We have lived here for the past 3.5 years and are both 28 years old. Our third roommate moves out on 1/1/2024 and we will be looking to find a replacement for him.
