About the room
LEASE TAKEOVER/SUBLET FROM JANUARY 2024 ONWARDS (WINTER SEMESTER and/or UNTIL July) I am an exchange student who will be leaving in December, and I am looking for someone to sublet my apartment at The Yard (615 S Main St), a residential complex offering various apartment units.
The residence is conveniently located, just a 13-minute walk from the Ross School of Business and a mere 10-minute stroll from the Central Campus.
The apartment is fully furnished, and the room available for sublet comes with its own private bathroom. You will share the kitchen and living room with three other roommates, all of whom are very courteous and pleasant.

In the apartment there are other 3 flatmates. They are really nice and clean. One of them is an undergraduate student in Business while the other two study Pre-med.
