2 bed 2 bath apartment with current roommate moving out and looking to replace on the lease. Property is located near the 15 in Mira Mesa, close to everything and right next to Miramar College. You get your own room and bathroom. Kitchen and living room is shared space. Room has both heating and AC.

Building has laundry units. Apartment has balcony and there are two pools and one gym on property.

Utilities are usually $30 to 50 and SDGE is around $50 to 100 a month depending on usage. Mostly, street parking will be available, but sometimes additional parking passes are available for purchase. Also open to people who are students that want to share a room.

It’ll be just me as a roommate. I’m 24M and currently work at a Biotech company from 9-5. I’m also a recent UCSD graduate. I’d like to have a clean and respectful shared space. Unfortunately no pets 🐶 🐱 due to allergies and no smoking 🚭. I’m ok with guests and overnight guests and we can discuss other things in more detail if interested. I’d also prefer it to be quiet from 12am to 7am on weekdays due to work. I’m usually in my room or out on weekends but I’m not opposed to hang out or doing stuff together.
