Welcome to a peaceful home in Summerland! I’ve cherished this apartment for over 2 years and now have a spacious room available now. The apartment is a serene 5-minute walk to the beach and a quick 10-minute drive to downtown. Nearby parks and trails offer great outdoor escapes.

About the Space: Bedroom: Spacious, unfurnished room with a large closet, big window, and scenic views.

Shared Amenities: Shared bathroom, full kitchen, outdoor grill, laundry on-site, and shared outdoor space.

Utilities: Covered in the $1300 rent, including electricity, gas, trash, water, and high-speed internet.

Optional bi-monthly cleaning service available for an extra fee.

Looking for a Roommate: I’m seeking a responsible individual in their mid-twenties and older, either working full-time or a student. A great fit for someone who values a peaceful environment, is clean, financially stable, and appreciates open communication. The room is for one person only, and unfortunately, no pets are allowed due to lease restrictions (I have a cat already). Smoking is prohibited both inside the apartment and on the property.

Logistics: Rent is due on the 1st of each month. The landlord requires a background check and ideally references for potential tenants.
