Marydith's room

Looking for a young adult/profession to rent out a room in a 3 BR/2BR home with my sister and I. We are both educators in the county. We are open to male or female if it is the right fit.

The room comes unfurnished, but fits a queen bed, small entertainment center, and small desk if that is needed. The house has a large fenced in back yard, fire pit, and deck. There is a brand new washer/dryer in the garage.

The living room and kitchen are already fully furnished. We come with two dogs, so there is no room for anymore pets.

The rent will be 800$ a month and amenities split 3 ways (internet, water, trash, electric, YouTube tv-if interested). Comes out to ~50$. The room is available beginning JANUARY 1st. We are hoping someone would be open to at least 6 months, but that can be discussed.

The house is located 10 minutes from downtown Hendersonville on the Walmart side of town.

We enjoy hanging out with friends, hiking, cooking, checking out new breweries and live music. We are both educators and would like someone who is respectful of that. We like to keep our common areas tidy because we have 2 dogs.
