Room available is spacious primary bedroom with attached private bathroom, including glass shower and separate tub, enclosed toilet, and double sink. 2 spacious closets in bedroom as well. The bedroom has a dresser and full size bed currently in it for your use, or can be moved. Shared common spaces downstairs on first floor w/ kitchen table, but currently does not have living room seating- can move yours in or discuss purchasing with owner.

Looking for a stable roommate, for a 1 year minimum lease. One garage space for car or vehicle only. $100 security deposit. 3 verifiable references. $750/month + half utilities. Kind to resident cat. Reasonably quiet with regular hours that won’t disturb other roommate. No tobacco or smoking products of any kind. No drug use in home or excessive alcohol use in home. Prefer Christian woman of any denomination.
