The upper two levels of the historic property consists of two townhomes that each have their own private entrances. One townhome is rented to Salve Regina Students. The other is currently vacant and is sometimes rented as a short term rental. There is a third townhome in the building on the ground level that has its own entrance as well. The private bedroom with ensuite bath that is available for lease has its own entrance and privacy and includes one off street parking space. It does not have a kitchen.
