Centrally located in St Pete, 5 mins from 275 and 10 mins to both the beaches and DTSP. Rent is $1200/m plus utilities which are water and electric that usually come out to $100-150/pp.

I am the current resident (33, female) with 2 very social and sweet indoor cats. The overall vibe of the house is quiet and relaxing. Great for someone who works from home or a student who needs a quiet place to study. I enjoy fitness and have a walking pad and some pilates equipment for at home workouts. My last roommate we did a ton of things together like going to the beach or to little pop up markets in the area.
