I’m renting out a private room in 3 bd 1.5 bath house in the Inner Sunset. This room will be available December 1st. You have the option of keeping the bedroom furnished with the existing furniture in the photos at no additional cost. The bedroom currently has a queen bed, desks, a dresser, and closet. The bedroom is spacious and the bathrooms are updated. There are ample storage closets and the bedroom closet is spacious. The home is 1700 sq ft and the bedroom is 12ft by 12ft.

If you have your own furniture you are welcome to use your own and we will remove the existing pieces.

Preferred lease period Minimum 1 year, willing to negotiate within reason. Looking for a tidy and clean working professional in their 20’s and 30’s.
