We live in the master suite, and we are renting the four other bedrooms in our home. Even though there might be a lot of people living here, rest assured that we always make sure that all of the residents are very respectful and accommodating of everyone’s work schedules and personal spaces. Our home is large enough (<2000 sq ft) that noise doesn’t travel easily beyond the walls of your private space.

The owners of the property, Nia and Dairius, both live on-site in the master bedroom. We are young professionals in our late 20s and early 30s. Dairius was born and raised in Hawaii, and Nia was born and raised in Indonesia. Dairius is currently a transitioning Navy servicemember, and he was a prior submariner who is currently working on government contracting. Meanwhile, Nia is a small business owner. We both love sharing the aloha spirit with everyone around us, so we want to open our home to awesome people who also embrace this! We have a resident tuxedo cat who lives in our bedroom, but we don’t normally allow her to roam around the house in case our roommates have any allergies.
