This is a great space. Bedroom, and own bathroom, shared kitchen & living room space. Laundry on site. Security depends on management. I would have to renew the lease and add new person to the lease. As my friend will come off. Located in the heart of south Miami, near dadeland, coral gables, coconut grove. Very convenient for a UM student. A lot to do, walking distance to many stores, food places and the metro. Very safe area.
