1 private bedroom on the 2nd floor (with Twin size bed & closet) to rent for one tenant only. Move in ready on December 1st. Suitable for a nurse that need a good rest and quite environment. Preferably female because my wife and our newborn are at home. It is $600 per month. The rent includes all the utilities such as electricity, heat and ultra high speed internet.

Security deposit will be $600. So your first month would be $600 (1 month rent) + $600 (deposit) = $1200. You will get back the deposit when you move out. The room size is 11 ft x 13 ft. No loud noise allowed at night. This house is quiet if you need a good rest after a long day. Parking is available outside and this is a single family home. Shared bathroom on the 2nd floor. You don’t have to clean the house and the bathroom (the tub and toilet) as i will clean it regularly. I will also provide the toilet paper and hand soap. I usually vacuum the entire house once a week to make sure it’s clean. Fully furnished house except washer and dryer. The laundromat is only 12 mins drive away from my house.

No drugs, no smoke, no drama and sorry no pets. Light drinker is okay. You must have a full time job and I need prove that you are employed. My house location close to the malls, restaurants and gas stations. You will be sharing the 2nd floor with another tenant. Me and my family live on the 1st floor and sorry no access to the 1st floor. The 2nd floor has a refrigerator, coffee maker, a toaster and a microwave for you to use.

Me, my wife, our newborn and 5 year old son live on the 1st floor. We seldom go up to the second floor unless I need to clean the shared bathroom like emptying the trash can, refill the toilet paper and clean the toilet bowl. We have another tenant that lives on the 2nd floor but he is a great 62 years old male. He is like a family to us. He only rent the room until from October until May. in the summer (May-October), he goes back to his camper.
