This is an unfurnished private master bedroom with a shared bathroom in a friendly neighborhood. Our home has 3 bedrooms and 1 1/2 bathrooms. We have a kitchen with appliances (microwave, toaster, oven, etc.) for you to use with plenty of pantry/fridge space. Our living space includes couches, a nice TV, and a spacious environment in general. The area itself is very close to the central part of town, you can walk to anything you can think of. This room is for you if you’re looking to save money; we also understand deposits can be difficult. If you are looking to move in as soon as possible, there is possibility of reducing a deposit in general.

I am making this listing for Maria, the owner of the property itself. We both mainly speak Spanish with each other - I am argentino and hondureño, Maria is from El Salvador. I’m a student and a software/cybersecurity engineer, currently working full-time before going right back into school. We try and make this place feel like home, so feel free to do the same.
