Lizy's room

Hi! I am looking to sublet my room in the house I share. It’s a 3 bed, 1.5 bath. I pay $750 for rent, plus half of the gas, water, etc. My roommate has a cat that cannot live with other animals, so no pets.

I will be moving out as soon as we find someone to take my place. My roommate is a friendly introverted girl. She is in grad school and works a lot. She is clean and considerate of your space.
