hi all! i have found a lovely house that i would really love to move into. its in a darling neighborhood located off of merrimon ave (right down the road from unca and 10 minutes from downtown). it is a 4 bed priced at 3295 a month. we have started the application process and are looking for one person to take one of the smaller rooms in the house. it is truly a beautiful home with 2 screened in porches, a large wooden deck, parking, a front and back yard with garden beds!
